This policy covers the kovux.dev website and any direct email correspondence with KOVUX, the independent engineering studio operated by Achraf Mehloul in Algeria.
Client systems built by KOVUX are governed by the privacy terms agreed in each engagement contract, not by this page.
Nothing. This website is a static frontend. There is no account system, no database of visitors, no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics script.
The contact form does not transmit anything to a server. It composes a message inside your own email client; the data leaves your device only when you press send in that client.
No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are set. Any storage used is strictly functional (for example remembering an interface preference) and stays on your device.
When you email contact@kovux.dev, the content of that email is stored in the studio mailbox for as long as needed to evaluate, deliver or archive the engagement.
Briefs that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Briefs are never sold, shared or used for marketing lists.
The site is served as static assets by the hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) may be produced by that provider for security and reliability purposes, retained under their own policy. KOVUX does not query, enrich or profile those logs.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any correspondence held about you by writing to contact@kovux.dev. Requests are answered within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
